The following contains details on move-in, set-up and move-out of the Royal Plaza Trade Center in Marlborough, Massachusetts. Please take a few minutes to read this information, and then call if you have any questions.

Move-in and Set-up day is Wednesday, June 4th at 10:00 am and will continue until 6:00 pm. You may also move-in on Thursday, June 5th from 7:00 am until 9:00 am. All booths must be in place by Thursday, June 5th at 9:30 am so we can clean the aisles.

For those playing in the golf outing; we have arranged for a set-up time of 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Tuesday afternoon, June 3rd.

Boston Post Road is Route 20 off Route 495. From Route 495, head west at exit 24B for less than one mile, the Best Western sign is on the right.

Show Hours are Thursday, June 5th, 10:00 am until 5:00 pm

Move-out:
Move-out starts at 5:00 pm on Thursday, June 5th and will continue until 9:00 pm. We request that you keep your exhibit intact until the 5:00 pm closing hour on Thursday. This is only a one day event and it is disruptive to both attendees and exhibitors if you attempt to break down and move-out early. This rule is strictly enforced by NEACC, please make travel plans accordingly.

Your Booth Package Contains:
One 6’ blue skirted table – two folding chairs – grey booth carpet
ID sign - one wastebasket – one standard electrical outlet

If you need additional furnishings, carpet etc, you need to order through Reber-Friel. Download the order forms by clicking here. There will be additional charges for any items or changes not already included in your booth space.

Freight and Shipping Information in Advance:
Exhibitors that need to ship displays and freight in advance must ship to the Reber-Friel Company. Be sure to put Northeast Security Systems Expo and your booth number on all materials shipped. See this document. If you have questions, call Maureen Wolf @ 610-272-4020.

Freight and Shipping Information direct to Royal Plaza Trade Center:
Exhibitors may deliver their own materials and displays to the Royal Plaza Trade Center. You should bring your own carts and dollies for moving in and out. If you are shipping by Fedex or UPS, make sure to schedule your freight to arrive at the Royal Plaza Trade Center on Wednesday, June 4th only.

Utilities:
Exhibitors that require more electricity than the one standard outlet provided (500 watts) should call Pat Silva at the Royal Plaza Trade Center: 508-303-1795. Arrangements for wireless and internet connections can also be made through Pat.

Advertising and Sponsorship Opportunities:
Your company will be listed in the show program by the information you provided to us in the exhibitor agreement when you reserved space. There is no additional information other than company name, address, telephone number and website. If you’d like to place an ad in the show program for additional exposure, download the ad rate sheet.
